Tropical Crochet Coasters
Size
About 4 ½” wide
Materials
Small amounts three colors 100% cotton worsted-weight yarn
H (5.00 mm) hook
Gauge
Coaster is about 4 ½” wide
Instructions
Rnd 1: With pink, ch 5, join with sl st in first ch to form ring, ch 3 (counts as dc), dc in ring, ch 2, (2 dc in ring, ch 2) 5 times, join with sl st in top of ch 3. Fasten off. (12 dc, 6 ch-2 sps)
Rnd 2: Join green with sl st in any ch-2 sp, ch 3, (dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in same sp, (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in each ch-2 sp around, join. Fasten off. (6 shells)
Rnd 3: Join purple with sc in sp between any two shells, 7 dc in next shell, (sc in sp between shells, 7 dc in next shell) around, join with sl st in first sc. Fasten off.
